It’s That Important …

Let me begin by saying this is a letter I NEVER thought I’d write…

The LAST thing I ever wanted to do was get into the Protein market.

After all, it’s over-crowded with pretty much the same damned products over and over and again, basically disguised in different packaging. 

I always found the whole thing to be rather nauseating honestly … I mean, how many times can someone do the same thing?

Intial Thoughts

Recovery is a 5/5. One thing I noticed right away was no soreness after a workout. I did chest, concentrating on a real deep stretch during incline DB presses... I also did vbar pushdowns to failure trying to get a real good burn in my tris. I left the gym pumped from  my pre, thinking of how nice and sore I would feel the next day. Woke up- No Soreness ? The Supplement You NEED

Pure PF3 is great. Period. I didnt know what it was at first. Was is it protein that helped build muscle? Was it like bcaa's that would help aid in recovery? Was it going to help with strength increases like creatine? It didnt take me long to find out it does ALL of those things and then some.
